The architect and builder Alois Vavrouš, and then with his son Čestmír, dedicated his life to many exceptional buildings throughout Prague and the country during the First Republic period. Of all the attractive places on offer, he chose Libeň as the headquarters of his company. The entrepreneur Hermann Grab also liked Libeň. He bought the original homestead Košinka (the present-day park Košinka) and had Grab’s villa built on its edge. Liben also has its own castle . It became famous as the place where the so-called Libeň Peace Agreement was signed in 1608. Today, the Libeň Chateau houses the office of the Prague 8 City District, and various cultural events also take place here. Culture is also offered by the  Pod Palmovkou Theater and the O2 Arena. Agreement on Reservation and Agreement to Make Purchase Agreement

Within three working days after the signature of the Agreement on Reservation or Agreement to Make Purchase Agreement, you are required to pay a deposit of CZK 200,000 and pay the remaining portion of the prepayment up to 10% of the purchase price. Within 3 months, another deposit of 10% of the purchase price follows and then you are required to pay up to 30% of the purchase price within 6 months.
